Bookkeeper/Office Assistant
Full-time, PT, or contract basis for a new online marketing and digital print publishing Company.
The Bookkeeping/ Admin Assistant will be responsible for:
Setting up QuickBooks for our New Company Finishing Books for Extension Filling
Setting up Payroll and Tax information for payroll in QuickBooks
Online Bookstore sales tracking
Work with an outside CPA
Good work ethic
Daily use of Excel and maintaining customer and subscriber spreadsheets
Daily bookkeeping, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
Essential job requirements are as follows:
A minimum of an associate degree; Bachelor's Degree preferred
1-2 years of Bookkeeping experience
Experience with QuickBooks and MS Office a must.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Top-notch customer service
This Full-time or Part-time position that require you to be in office and pays between $15 and $20 an hour, depending on experience, plus bonus incentives and room to grow with the company. Your typical work schedule will be Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm. We are looking for a person that will work onsite. Open to a daily part-time position including weekends for the right candidate.
