HRIS Coordinator - $48K-$55K - Washington, DC

Our client, an international nonprofit located in Washington, DC is seeking a HRIS Coordinator for their busy team HR team.About You:A Bachelor's degree is required for this position.4-5+ years of experience in HR are required.Thorough knowledge of HR records policies, procedures, and operations.Ability to use HRIS (Costpoint, Cognos, or Deltek experience is preferred), e-mail, word processing, spreadsheet, and database software effectively.Excellent oral and written communications skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality of documents and information.The Job:Assist manager and staff with payroll processes.Enter data related to new hires, terminations, salary actions, and other types of personnel actions in HRIS.Order and distribute standard reports, labels, and other outputs from HRIS.Assist with additional payroll and benefits related tasks as need.This is a temporary to hire role that pays $18/hour-$22/hour and converts to a salary of $48K-$55K.
