Embroidery Machine Operator

An embroidery machine operator's responsibilities include:

Setting up machines: Preparing the machine for each job by selecting the right thread and fabric

Maintaining machines: Performing regular maintenance and troubleshooting problems

Quality control: Checking the quality of the finished product and making repairs if needed

Client communication: Providing advice to clients on design, colors, and placement

Project management: Balancing multiple projects and meeting deadlines

Training: Supporting and guiding new staff members

Some other skills and qualifications that are helpful for embroidery machine operators include: A high school diploma or GED, Experience in the retail industry, A certified course in design or embroidery, Strong attention to detail, and Excellent problem-solving skills.
