HOURS: Monday through Friday 8:15am-5:15pm

STARTING PAY: $16-19/hr based on experience

LOCATION: St Johns Bluff Road, 32225

SUMMARY: This job requires a unique mix of both customer service and administrative skills in order to efficiently and effectively run a two-person front office.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma Required

3-5 years Customer Service Experience

High energy and positive attitude that projects professionalism by phone

Effective listener who captures all pertinent information accurately

Effective communicator able to discuss services and close sales by phone

Able to problem solve, handle customer complaints and make effective decisions that best reflect the company

3-5 years Administrative Experience

Attention to detail & accuracy when completing paperwork

Clear written communications

Ability to schedule appointments by location and job size for multiple crews

Manage Accounts Receivables

Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities

Effective time management skills

Other Experience

Microsoft Office Experience Required, Quickbooks Experience Preferred

Highly motivated to work both independently to complete required tasks as well as partner with teammate to reach company goals

Comfortable in a small office environment

Comfortable working with technology in a paperless system

TASKS & DUTIES:

Answer sales inquiries and schedule estimates, appointments, etc. via phone

Make quality assurance and appointment confirmation calls

Make outbound sales and service calls to existing customers

Create invoices in customer management system

Process daily crew paperwork

Prepare reports

All other tasks as assigned
