Looking for an administrative assistant to handle the books for a large property.

This is property management and HOA management.

Prior experience in one or both of these is required.

Must know how to take notes and produce the minutes from board meetings.

Must be able to do financials, payroll, invoicing, assessment payments, data entry and book keeping.

Must have experience with Excel, Word, and QuickBooks

Able to answer phones, be hospitable and handle multiple issues at a time. So multitasking is required.

A go getter, self managed, and organized person will be best suited for this career.

$15.00 an hour to start

Opportunity for advancement.

This is a Monday through Friday career plus approx. 6 Saturdays a year.
