C2BMC is an IDIQ structured program comprised of multiple task orders responsible for the design, development, deployment, integration, testing, operations and sustainment of a software based Command/Control and Battle Management system. This system provides US Commanders around the globe essential situational awareness and is the integrating element central to the MDA’s missile defense missions.THE WORKIn this role as a C2BMC Work Package Manager (WPM), you will provide key Earned Value Management related tools and analytical support to your assigned Control Account Managers to coordinate planning, organization, and execution of engineering activities for development of assigned technical capabilities (involving software, integration, test, network, cyber, hardware, deployment, systems and specialty engineering resources) integrated into the C2BMC system. This role is intended to provide an opportunity for early career talent to rapidly learn and develop key engineering project management skills specifically in the area of Earned Value Management bolstering our pipeline of skilled future project leaders.Responsibilities include: Primary responsibility is supporting the software development Control Account Managers (CAMs) with the tactical mechanics of executing our monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) rhythm These mechanics of executing our monthly EVM rhythm include working heavily within the program’s EVM tools (Excel analyses spreadsheets, inputs to PM Compass, inputs to Real Time Enterprise (RTE), Open Plan input spreadsheets, RASCAL and CAP sheets) Performs weekly / monthly analyses of EVM data- Inputs come from Program Finance reports (e.g. weekly actuals, hours reports, teammate reports, eagle speed material data)- Analyze data for assigned control accounts & work packages- Provide summary level information/conclusions from this analysis to their assigned CAM (key drivers, anomalies, concerns, etc.) including elevating concerns to other impacted CAMs as well Support assigned CAM and ART leadership team with thorough variance analysis as well as any corrective actions driven by EVM process Support engineering estimate or engineering change proposal activitiesThe position allows partial work from home (remote) approximately 50% of the time.WHO WE AREOur customers are world-wide and so is our reputation for creating original solutions with the latest technologies. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per weekPay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $74,700 - $143,100. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
