Community association management company seeking a part-time or full-time Assistant Community Association Manager (CAM). We are a small business with an interesting and flexible work environment. Advancement opportunities available to grow your career.
Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
Establish rapport with residents, field community comments, questions, and complaints, and forward to the manager.
Receive and distribute community forms and communications (i.e. vehicle passes, tenant forms, rules reminders, violation notices, meeting notices, etc.)
Perform administrative functions including answering phones, emails, typing, copying, faxing, and filing
Complete and maintain community records, reports, and files
Record and reproduce meeting minutes as needed
Assist property managers and bookkeepers as needed
Requirements
As an Assistant CAM, you must be pleasant, professional and well-spoken. You must also be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. It is also important you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities as well as the diplomatic skills to interact with residents effectively.

Ability to multitask and work with frequent interruptions
Computer proficiency with the ability to use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, the internet, and complete data entry in a timely and efficient manner
Property management office experience, a plus
CAM license not required, but a plus
