Office Manager
Description We are in search of a dedicated Office Manager to join our team in the Service industry in Charleston, South Carolina. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity and involves managing office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing a variety of tasks, including processing payments, handling inbound calls, and managing administrative tasks. Responsibilities: Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure the office is operating smoothly. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary. Perform reception duties such as answering phones and responding to inquiries. Use CRM software to maintain and update customer records. Process payments and invoices accurately and timely. Utilize Microsoft Excel and Outlook for various administrative tasks. Ensure office policies and procedures are followed by all employees. Act as a point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries. Monitor and manage all aspects of office facilities. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed. Requirements Must have proven experience in a similar role as an Office Manager Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel Experience with CRM software Demonstrated ability to manage administrative duties and provide administrative assistance Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload Experience in handling inbound calls professionally and efficiently Proven ability to order office supplies and maintain inventory Experience in processing and receiving payments in a timely manner Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree in a relevant discipline will be appreciated.
