This is a unique opportunity for you to work in Portfolio Finance team to partner with the Business to provide a comprehensive view of Credit information Management.As the Credit Information Management Associate, within Wholesale Lending Services, you will be responsible for screening new collateral requests for Credit Trading desk's Portfolio Financing business, in close coordination with Compliance and Control Room departments as needed to ensure information is handled in accordance with information barrier procedures for trading personnel. The position is also responsible for the management, review, and delivery of financial information and legal documentation received in connection with ongoing collateral asset tracking.Job responsibilities

Provides close and critical support to the Corporate and Investment Bank's portfolio financing business, which involves the extension of customized, secured term loans to counterparties.

Acts as a "gatekeeper" who is responsible for the management of confidential information pursuant to internal information barriers in close coordination with Legal, Compliance, Trading and Research teams, as appropriate.

Act as intermediary between the desk and clients who have a portfolio of assets

Coordinate and manage all documentation and communication between Sales, Trading, and external clients regarding questions or status inquiries relating to collateral requests

Review and screen borrower information from the Credit Portfolio Group's clients, ensuring adherence to Compliance policies regarding the handling of Private Material Non-Public Information

Review and understand legal documents (including Credit Agreements) and financial materials

Operate proactively and with urgency to ensure timely delivery of credit agreement financial covenant reporting information

Navigate web-based Virtual Data Rooms to obtain and organize documentation

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with the Credit Portfolio Group, the Credit Trading Desk, operations, legal, and compliance to ensure proper and timely posting of all documentation

Identify and address control gaps and efficiency opportunities

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Bachelor's degree

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

3 years of relevant financial operational experience

General understanding of Finance and Loan Products

Proven ability to collaborate with team members and senior management across and within the lines of business with a keen attention to detail, strong oral and written communication skills, and strong analytical capability

Highly motivated individual with a team - oriented mindset with effective communication and leadership skills

Critical decision-making abilities including the ability to identify, escalate, and propose solutions to problems

Ability to learn quickly, self-motivate, and demonstrate a strong work ethic

Meticulous mindset with the ability to multi-task through the practice of strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Knowledge of the Syndicated Loan business

Knowledge of Virtual Datarooms such as Intralinks, Debtdomain, and Syndtrak

Experience reading and interpreting loan documentation and financial statements

Work schedule

This hybrid role requires going into the office three days a week with two days' flexibility to work from home, subject to change
