Sales Representative
Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, particularly in technology or D2D environments, and will be adept at building relationships with customers to foster long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories. - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings. - Engage in upselling strategies to maximize revenue from existing customers. - Manage territory effectively to ensure coverage and meet sales targets. - Provide exceptional customer service to build trust and rapport with clients. - Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for success. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
Experience - Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or D2D sectors. - Strong skills in territory management and customer relationship building. - Experience with product demos and technical sales is highly desirable. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve common goals. - Familiarity with retail sales practices is a plus but not mandatory.
