Intern Architect

We are a small full-service architectural firm that provides residential and commercial design.

We are seeking a hard work, goal driven, full time intern architect.

Job Description

From concept design to construction drawings;

Directly communicate and present design to clients;

Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical consultants; understand all disciplines;

Handle projects permitting and construction observation.

Working experience, although not necessary, is a plus, as you will learn much from the work we do. You will be trained to be a full-equipped architect.

Applicant qualification:

Applicant should hold an accredited B.Arch/M.Arch/D.Arch, or an Assoc. of drafting related to architecture.

Graduate 02 years from university or community college.

Organized and self motivated

Programs and Skills Required:

-Intermediate to pro level of Revit is MUST. This is a 100% Revit firm and knowing how to model , setup, and modify families is a must.

-Lumion is secondary and not required but definitely a plus.

-Entry level CAD knowledge, mostly for reviewing consultant drawings.

-Entry level Photoshop. Know how to manipulate photos and utilize masks.

-MS Office and Windows
