- Proactively working on incident tickets from customers
- Knowledge of Incident, Problem and Change Management processes, and tools
- Possess excellent troubleshooting skills to help internal/external customers.
- Provide support & Integration to applications
- Weekend support and Maintenance activities
- Regular monitoring of applications Work with different stakeholders like Business, End Users, Development team
- They will be responsible for responding to, documenting and resolving service tickets or any incident that is disrupting the application service that the business users depend on The role requires both technical capabilities and business understanding as well as excellent communication skills
- Good debugging and reverse engineering skills.
- Minimum of 3 years in Full Stack .Net Development
- Minimum of 2 years in working in EMR/EHR (like EPIC ) Data integration
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Windows batch and writing command in Unix
- Knowledge of FHIR and ERM and MRM
- Must be willing to work in shifts to enable 24 7 365 Support
- Experience in IBM Data Power
- Experience in APIGEE APIM Platform
