Project Scope: Our client is looking for a Product Owner with the following skills and experience: Responsibilities:

• Heavily involved in program backlog refinement and Program Increment Planning Preparation for each ten-week cycle as a member of the extended Product Management team.
• Reviews and re-prioritize the backlog to prepare for each two-week Iteration Planning. Primary source for story detail and priorities and has the responsibility of accepting the final iteration plan during the iteration planning meeting.
• Primary responsibility for building, editing, and maintaining the team backlog including user stories, defects, and enablers with input from System Architect/Engineering and other stakeholders.
• Responsible for requirements and for collaborating with the agile team for story details, including acceptance criteria and acceptance tests, which can be written by any team member. Maintains approximately two iterations' worth of stories in the team backlog at all times to maintain flow
• Understands the scope of enabler work and collaborate with System and Solution Architect/Engineering to assist with decision-making and sequencing of the critical technological infrastructures
• Active participant in the Iteration Retrospective to improve processes and is active in the Inspect and Adapt workshop
• Instrumental in producing the System Demo for program and Value Stream stakeholders to ensure that the most critical aspects of the solution are presented to the stakeholders

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field and two (2) years of Agile Product Manager/Owner experience; OR an Associate's Degree and 4 years of Agile Product Manager/Owner experience; OR Five (5) years of related product owner/management or related experience, including at least three (2) years of experience within an Agile/Scrum environment, preferably Scaled Agile.
• Four (4) years in a leadership position, including at least three (3) years as a Product Manager/Owner role
• Product Manager Certification
• Understanding of Agile software development methodologies, SDLC, values, and procedures
• Prior experience working with UI UX and Design teams
• AEM and React is the skill this team uses
• Successful track record working as a Product Manager/Owner on a dynamic, global, consumer-facing website with proven results in analysis, optimization, conversion, engagement
• Proficient in developing presentations, graphs, flow diagrams, pictures, sketches to provide context and drive understanding of business goals
• Experience with JIRA or similar project management software; strong project management skills, including demonstrated track record in managing manage multiple, large, complex, integrated projects from inception to completion
