LEAD LINE COOK/KITCHEN MANAGER
Whistle Stop is looking for a lead line cook/kitchen manager for a base salary of $50,000 with an annual bonus opportunity to earn up to another $50,000 based on profits derived from the kitchen. We are cooking traditional American style sports bar food; burgers, wings, and tacos. Most shifts, it’s a 1 person operation, and on busier times, there will be 2 cooks in the kitchen.
You must have heavy experience in the kitchen, an even temperament, work well individually and with others, keep a clean workspace, and be able to get along and communicate with the front of the house staff. You’ll do the ordering and be the person to fill in if another cook were to call off.
