SERVICE COORDINATOR (Admin) -Property Management Team
Property Management Team looking for Service Coordinator to perform the following duties:
- Answer phones
- Coordinate and follow up on service/maintenance requests between tenants/landlords/and vendors
- Assist with other admin duties, as needed only
Quafications:
- Must have EXCELLENT customer service skills
- PROFICIENT in emails and phones
- Multi tasking
- Basic computer knowledge
- Bi-lingual preferred (English/Spanish)
Hours: MON-FRI 9am-3pm
Starting Pay: $16.50/hr.
Paid time off and all major (observed) holidays
No medical benefits
Must have proof to work in US and reliable form of transportation.
