Territory Manager
Job OverviewOur team is in search of a driven, results-focused Territory Manager to lead our Account Management efforts. The Territory Manager is responsible for maintaining City Wide Facility Solutions Boston’s (CWB) managed janitorial services client base and growing both NJS and supply revenues in the designated CWB service area. This position is responsible for building, developing, and maintaining employee, contractor, and client relationships, as well as, identifying new opportunities for growth. The Territory Manager will manage and direct a team of Account Managers and Contract Compliance Managers. Responsibilities· Responsible for assisting with the hiring, retention and development of Operations team members within designated territory· Lead and support the Operations team within designated territory to meet or exceed CWB goals for managed NJS sales, consumable supply products sales and client retention.· Assist Account Managers reporting to you with building relationships with client decision makers at multiple levels within each client location.· Work with sales team as needed to support the bidding process, new starts and sales/ops transition. · Travel on a consistent basis with Account Managers and Contract Compliance Managers within designated territory to help maintain and build client and Independent Contractor relationships.· Review CRM on a daily basis for client requests, ratings, inspections and complaints · Conduct monthly Territory meetings with Account Managers and CCMs· Participate in scheduled CCM meetings Requirements· Ability to develop deep relationships with clients and internal constituents. · Ability to use excellent judgement, handle confidential materials and display a professional demeanor at all times· Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work duties and responsibilities· Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time · Ability to meet all deadlines· Demonstrated experience in business-to-business sales and account management with a proven track record of success· Experience managing, directing and leading a team. · Ability to accurately calculate rate, ratio, percent and margin· Ability to have crucial conversations with both employees and customers· Ability to work nights and weekends when necessary Benefits
