Assist the Roofing Management team in the coordination, supervision and management of the construction process from the approved project specifications through final construction through a timely and profitable basis.

Based on the approved project specifications and estimate you assist in the creation of a deliverable schedule that will be used to assign work on the project to stay on schedule and within budget. You assist in the management of various teams and meeting owner expectations in ensuring project success.

Duties:

1. Must be an advocate for Health and Safety at all levels on project sites with a personal commitment to zero tolerance for any safety violations.

2. Assist in the oversight of the completion of assigned construction projects according to architect drawings, specifications, project requirements, and prevailing building codes.

4. Help track, as needed, the construction costs against the project budget for all assigned projects.

5. Assist in ensuring the delivery and use of materials, tools, and equipment; and the quality of construction, worker productivity, and safety.

6. Monitor progress and compliance with plans and schedules while coordinating across the different groups of project contributors to meet profitable results.

9. Follow JMC Construction, LLC established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements for safety and efficiently managing all assigned projects.

Skills:

· Must be knowledgeable about construction and roofing methods, materials, and regulations and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Self-starter who is decisive and works collaboratively under pressure, particularly when faced with unexpected occurrences or delays.

· Ability to multi-task without impacting attention to detail or quality of the final product with a demonstrated ability to coordinate several major activities at once, while analyzing and resolving specific problems.

. Attention to detail with problem-solving skills.

· Organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize workloads.

· Ability to make sense of plans to generate an estimate that is detailed and well qualified.

· Ability to establish a good working relationship with many different people, including owners, other managers, designers, supervisors, and craftworkers.

Requirements:

· Strong math skills.

· Prefer roofing experience in scheduling, contract administration, and project management.

· Must possess a valid New Mexico driver’s license and can drive to job sites.

· Must adhere to safety protocol, and work in a drug-free environment
