Full-Time 2nd Shift Caregiver

3pm-11:30pmEmployees are required to work every other weekend.As a caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing attentive and personalized care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being on a daily basis.Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

Help residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning, ensuring safety at all times.

Monitor and report changes in residents' health or behavior to the appropriate medical personnel or supervisors.

Foster a supportive and engaging environment by interacting with residents, providing companionship, and encouraging participation in social activities.

Maintain a clean and organized living space for residents, including light housekeeping duties and laundry.

Follow established care plans and protocols tailored to each resident's specific needs.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and other staff to ensure comprehensive and individualized care.
