Seeking a Office Manager/Dispatcher
We are taking resumes and scheduling interviews for the following skill set,
We are a family owned company looking for, a highly self motivated person, someone great with people skills and a work ethic, someone who shows up on time and has a good attitude.
Responsibilities to include:
Having good phone skills and can work well with clients and co workers.
Answer phones, scheduling both outbound and inbound calls, and dispatching.
Accounts receivable and payable.
Time Sheets
Data entry
Filing
Light cleaning of the office.
Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Quickbooks is a must.
Full time, monday-friday 7:30-4:00 with benefits.
