Field Service Technician I

Contract to Hire Opportunity Right now, we are in need of a Field Service Tech with strong printer break-fix experience as well as computer skills. TOP 2 required skills that candidates must have are 1. break-fix experience on desktops, laptops, servers, switches 2.) break-fix printer skills.

• This is a driving position which requires a DMV background check to be completed
• Use of reliable, personal vehicle required

• Technician will travel to each client s location to provide service
• Must maintain good customer focus meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs)
• Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs desktops, laptops, servers, and printers
• Works under general supervision

• 1-3 years of experience supporting desktops, laptops, servers and printers
• Customer service skills
• Ability to work weekends, staggered or late shifts possibly including evenings and/or weekends
• Interpersonal skills needed to interact with a wide range of users and environments
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver s license required (driving position - reimbursed accordingly)
• Ability to lift and move IT equipment

• CompTIA A+ certification
• OEM technical certifications
