Full-Time Bilingual Administrative Assistant (English/Spanish)

We’re a boutique real estate company specializing in residential and commercial property management, seeking a dedicated bilingual (English/Spanish) administrative assistant/assistant property manager to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

-Provide comprehensive administrative support to the property management team.

-Facilitate tenant communication and inquiries in both English and Spanish via phone and email–handle multiple email accounts and phone lines.

-Manage schedules, appointments, and property showings.

-Prepare and distribute correspondence promptly.

-Organize and maintain files and records systematically.

-Coordinate work order service requests efficiently.

-Assist with accounts payable and receivable, including rent billing.

-Prepare lease agreements and lease renewals for rent-stabilized and decontrolled units.

-Perform additional duties as needed to assist the team.

Qualifications:

-Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a must.

-Strong organizational skills.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace required.

-Previous experience in real estate and/or property management is a plus.
