Role: iOS Architect or Lead DeveloperLocation: near Seattle, WA (temporarily remote due to COVID-19)Type: Contract (corp-to-corp or W2 okay)Duration: 6 months Interview process: phone/video interview Responsibilities:
- Employs a hands-on approach to lead the Development team, both by coding themselves and coaching and mentoring team members
- Owns the technical vision and development of a sub domain or capability.
- Utilizes Planning and Leadership skills to oversee development deliverables as required to implement new systems capabilities.
- Acts as a strong advocate for a culture of quality
- Performs peer reviews.
- Collaborates with architects and other Software Engineers on design.
- Collaborate with other Business and IT partner teams on successful delivery of product enhancements and support.
- 12+ years IT experience
- 4+ years of iOS development experience (Swift, Objective-C, XCode, etc.).
- 3+ years of experience with of a variety of iOS frameworks and common build tools
- Solid experience with iOS performance optimization best practices
- Leadership experience
- Good Communication and Presentation skills are a must.
