Full time and long-term (only) pediatric medical receptionist needed in Manhattan Chinatown

Fluent in Mandarin and English

Will train, no experience necessary

Punctual, M, T, W, F, Sat 9:45am - 5:30pm

Maintaining clean and welcoming waiting and reception areas

Maintaining an organized and efficiently functioning front desk

Welcome patients and their families with a positive attitude

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Answer/make phone calls, including appointment reminders

Schedule patients

Check insurance eligibility accurately, paying attention to details

Reaching out to insurance companies for eligibility and benefits verification

Data entry using EMR system and excel

Triage patients
