Hostess wanted for established Italian restaurant

Pappardella is looking for Hostess with prior experience hosting. We are a casual fine dining Italian restaurant, serving our Upper West side community delicious Tuscan fair. Our focus is on warm and attentive hospitality that starts at the door.

We are an upbeat High volume restaurant that requires an organized, upbeat personality.

In that spirit, we are looking for a hostess to join our team. You will be working with a Manager, welcoming and seating guests, taking phone calls, as well working closely with the Servers to ensure they are well informed about the wishes and/or concerns of the Guests

Weekday and weekend shifts available Part time- Full time 3-4 Shifts

Qualifications are:

Excellent English skills to communicate with guests in person and on the phone

professional presence

preferable experience in hospitality

a cheerful and friendly demeanor

team worker

ability to work weekends
