Epicor/IT Administrator - 100% Remote (Based in Greater Chicago, IL)Epicor/IT Administrator - 100% Remote (Based in Greater Chicago, IL) Our client based in the Greater Chicago, IL area has opened up a new role in their IT Department for an Epicor/IT Administrator. The ideal candidate will have SSRS, SQL, and user-facing experience. This person will be expected to help with Epicor reports, general SQL statements, and assist in the company's upcoming Salesforce implementation. Candidates can work 100% remotely, but must be able to work Central Time hours.Role & Responsibilities- Work with several departments to create customizations using SSRS, SQL
- Meet with users to troubleshoot and provide guidance
- Must be goal oriented with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with several projects focused in different areas at the same time
Skills & Qualifications- 2-3 years experience with general SSRS and SQL work - some projects may be associated with BI
- Epicor 10 experience, preferred
- Salesforce user experience, preferred
- 2-3 years experience working with IT/Softwares
