Administrative/Customer Service Rep
We are seeking an Administrative/Customer Service Rep to join our team at IWA International Inc.
You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving any shipment issues. This position could mostly be done remotely, depending on your skill set. You will be required to come to the warehouse to start training, then occasionally once or twice a week to help with order fulfillment and inventory.
The position is Part-time approx. 20 hours, with the potential for full-time. NO WEEKENDS.
Compensation begins at $16/hr. After 1 month pay increases to $17/hr. if training is complete and standards and performance are met. After 6 months pay increases to $18/hr. After 1 year of employment, you will be provided with Health Insurance.
Responsibilities:
Answering calls, handling dealer/customer inquiries
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve shipping issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Process order fulfillments and shipping labels
Assist with product inventory and warehouse supplies
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to use Microsoft Office: Word & Excel
Previous experience in customer service, sales, shipping, or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
