Sr. Procurement Consultant
Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Sr. Procurement Consultant in the Investment Management industry. The position is located in Ft. Worth, Texas, and will involve setting up new procurement processes and improvements. Hybrid - 3 days in officeResponsibilities: Develop and implement new procurement processes to streamline operations Drive continuous improvement initiatives in procurement functions Handle back office indirect spend including IT, Legal, Professional Services, and Office Services Utilize software such as ServiceNow, Contracts 365, MS Excel, and Workday to manage procurement tasks effectively Ensure compliance with procurement policies and contract administration Provide exceptional customer service in resolving inquiries and issues Oversee the integration of procurement processes with other business functions Utilize skills in 3M, Concur, Coupa, CRM, DCAA, About Time, and Materials Handling to enhance procurement operations Manage contract administration efficiently to maintain smooth business operations Ensure time compliance in all procurement operations.Requirements Proven proficiency in 3M, Concur, Coupa, CRM, DCAA, and About Time software. Demonstrated experience in compliance and contract administration. Strong customer service skills. Familiarity with materials handling. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Solid understanding of the investment management industry. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Demonstrated project management skills. Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new procedures and regulations. Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
