Special Needs Childcare Needed

I have a 5-year old special needs girl. She was born with a brain malformation and is fed via gtube. She cannot see and is not mobile and nonverbal. She has a history of seizures. We would need help with transportation, changing diapers, making her food blends, engaging her, helping with appointments and administering her medications. I am looking for someone who likes working with children, is creative in connecting with special needs kids, and is open to more holistic approaches. We have a large dog as well in home, so want to make sure you are comfortable with dogs.
