The Opportunity:

As our Appointment Setter/Closer, you'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, with the potential to earn well over $100,000 annually. Your primary focus will be on selling our custom website development and marketing services to businesses looking to elevate their online presence and customer acquisition.

Compensation Structure:

Commission-Only Position: Your earnings are directly tied to your performance

Dual Commission Structure:

One-time commission on initial sales (e.g., custom websites)

Recurring commission for the life of the customer on ongoing services

Competitive Commission Rates: 10-20% commission on recurring payments and custom websites

Commission Based on Retainer: Your commission is calculated on the client's retainer, excluding ad spend

Long-Term Earning Potential: Most customers stay for 18-36 months on average, with many relationships extending beyond 10 years

What We Offer:

High-Value Sales: Website projects ranging from $3,000 to $10,000+

Recurring Revenue: Marketing retainers starting at $5,000 per month, plus client ad spend

Stable Client Base: Our focus on quality service results in long-term client relationships

Your Role:

-Generate your own prospects through proactive outreach and networking

-Set appointments with potential clients across various industries

-Close high-value deals for custom website development and comprehensive marketing services

-Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term retention

Training and Support:

Hands-on training provided by the owner on a weekly basis

Learn effective prospecting techniques and industry-specific sales strategies

Ongoing support to help you succeed and maximize your earning potential

Ideal Candidate:

-Proven track record in B2B sales, with a strong preference for those with insurance sales experience

-Self-motivated with a hunger for high achievement and financial success

-Excellent communication and negotiation skills

-Ability to understand and articulate the value of digital marketing and web development

-Comfortable with a fast-paced, results-driven environment

-Proactive in generating leads and building a strong prospect pipeline

-Financial stability to manage a commission-only position
