This position will offer diverse tasks involving finance and law. We are a divorce financial forensic and planning firm. We work with attorneys, mediators, and clients directly.

We are seeking a person who can adapt to situations and work intuitively. You must have the ability to work with all MS Office especially Word and Excel. Experience with Salesforce CRM is a very strong plus. Experience with project management, bookkeeping, billing, and communications all preferred.

The right person for this position will work closely with the principal of the firm to manage tasks involved to complete the bigger project, manage invoicing clients, scheduling, customer service, perform research tasks, and manage client files. Training will be provided for tasks specific to the industry, however base experience is expected.

This position is part-time - 20hrs per week to start. The schedule can be flexible. There may be opportunity to work more hours and the position could become more full time for the right candidate. This is a in-person position. No telecommuting.

The office is located in a state of the art building located in Tice's Corner in Woodcliff Lake, NJ.
