Hiring Industrial Electro-Mechanical Technicians in Aurora, COAre you a skilled technician with a passion for keeping operations running smoothly? We're looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. Your role will involve performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on machinery and equipment to ensure our production remains efficient and safe. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you.Pay: $34.00 - $39.00hr (based on experience/opportunity for advancement) + a sign on bonus!Shift: 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift, 10-12 hour shifts, working 5-6 days a week, 10-20 hours of overtime consistently
1st shift: 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM (Mondays 2:00 AM - 2:00 PM, rotating weekends)
2nd shift: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM (Rotating Friday-Sunday 12 PM - 12 AM, rotating weekends)
3rd shift: 8:00 PM - 4:30 AM (Sundays 6 PM - 6 AM, rotating weekends)
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and drawings.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Job Description: The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. This role involves working with a variety of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems within a production environment. Responsibilities will include:
Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, including variable speed motors, VFDs, and control systems.
Use technical manuals, schematics, and drawings to guide maintenance and repair activities.
Inspect equipment to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Keep detailed records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
