Part-Time Office Assistant - Ala Moana

Flexible part-time role in our office next to Ala Moana. Support in various administrative & office tasks. Choose your hours (10-15 hours during the week). Opportunity to grow within the company. $15-16 hourly.

Responsibilities:

- Retrieving and editing company records, documents and reports

- Communication with clients via phone and email

- Organizing and managing incoming and outgoing mail

- Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary

- Assisting with basic filing and organization of financial statements and other documents

- Providing general office support, including data entry and light clerical tasks

Qualifications & Skills

- High School Diploma

- 0-2 years of experience in an office setting (ENTRY-LEVEL ROLE)

- Willingness to undergo a background check

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

- Eligible to work in the USA

- Strong communication & organizational skills

- Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities in a timely manner
