Maintenance Technician
A Condominium HOA is looking for a full time maintenance technician Monday through Friday. The maintenance person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding cleanliness of the property, as well as maintaining common infrastructure and equipment. As a member of the organization, you will receive the tools you need to succeed.
The maintenance person's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Maintain outside grounds, including keeping complex clean and free of trash and debris,
Patch and paint stucco
Maintain fixtures (repairs, paint) in good condition
Maintain landscaping and irrigation system
Work with management to identify and resolve policy violations and safety hazards
Troubleshoot water leaks with ability to identify source of problems, replacing drywall and painting ceilings or walls
Maintain equipment and tools in good working order, maintain signage
Clean roofs of debris, keeping gutters free of blockages, tree and bush trimming
Maintain roof top gas lines (training provided)
Pool maintenance (training provided)
Identify problems and needs before they become emergencies
Oversee landscaping changes/projects, giving input of changes
Be available for on call after hours maintenance emergencies (after hours pay included)
Maintain dog runs including 6 month sand replacement
Identify problems and needs before they become emergencies
Work close with manager giving input on property projects and potential liabilities before they happen
Maintain camera system, may have to view certain areas
