This is a part time contract position. It is estimated for about 50 hours over a 5 month period. Candidate will need to be onsite for prescheduled events. Network Support Analysts are responsible for installing, configuring, and supporting local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), Internet systems, and components of network systems. They also diagnose issues relating to software, hardware, IT systems, and network, and troubleshoot them and replace faulty components when needed. Analysts manage and maintain computer networks, hardware, software, and all configurations. As they need to keep an eye on the performance of networks and systems, and to align network use and access, they work on master consoles.Network support engineers need an analytical mind to monitor network performance on a daily basis. They create reports based on network data and present their findings to decision makers. They then create and enact performance improvement plans.• Using knowledge of LAN and WAN to construct company networks • Collaborating with other network support engineers to solve network malfunctions • Assisting and educating employees on network hardware and software • Maintaining network security using cybersecurity acumen • Performing regular network maintenance to keep the network at 100 percent efficiency
