Overview The Senior Java Developer / Java Architect should be a hands-on technical leader that is comfortable working closely with internal teams to iterate quickly on the features and the APIs, interact with one or more engineering teams to define the architecture, and implement features based on precise understanding of the requirements. As a technical lead the candidate should be a senior level hands-on developer that enjoys collaborating with other teams as well. The successful candidate will have a passion for complex Java backend development, plus experience with Spring and Angular. The Senior Java Developer / Java Architect will contribute to product and system architecture design and should be well versed in the development of modern web applications. The successful candidate will architect and develop in a full stack web development environment. The project will directly involve strong internet web programming user Angular, responsive design expertise, JavaScript expertise, Java Web Application expertise and Oracle RDBMS knowledge.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Java and related technologies
  • Experience working with frameworks such as Spring MVC, Spring framework, Hibernate (or similar ORM), Maven, Git
  • Deep experience with at least one popular JavaScript framework such as Angular, React, Backbone, VUE
  • Solid understanding of concepts like Web Services, SOA, REST APIs, Message Queue, Distributed/Scalable Architecture
  • Oracle database development experience
  • Strong CS fundamentals, solid knowledge of OOP/OOD
  • Ability to excel in a team-oriented, collaborative, and fast-paced environment
  • Previous working experience or knowledge of Agile methodology
  • Appetite to learn and passion for creating best in class products
  • Ability to write clean code with strong programming skills
  • Strong communication skills including the ability to listen to the needs of others and comprehend complex matters and articulate issues in a clear and concise manner
