Come use your people-management and strategic leadership skills in this IGT Sr. Manager, Clinical Applications role to direct employees and teams responsible for the delivery of implementation, adoption, optimization & professional services.Your role:

Lead a team of field Clinical Education Specialists who collectively are responsible for multiple imaging modalities. Direct teams to ensure project scope is defined according to quote, customer expectations, needs all while ensuring the solution and/or services promised can be delivered, serviced, and remains profitable.

Ensures seamless delivery of all products, software, professional services, and solutions, according to defined scope, teaming with Order Management, Supply Chain, Hosting & Operations, Revenue Operations Management, Learning Services and Services Operations to ensure a smooth delivery.

Understand local customers’ environments, local challenges and regulations and leverage this information to ensure overall customer success with our solutions, products and services. Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships and increase customer success. Identifies areas of improvement and guides the teams towards resolution.

Work successfully across cross-functional teams! Collaborate with product & business teams to build technology and services to drive customer success, reduce cost of delivery, increase automation, decrease customer effort, and enhance solutions. Collaborate with marketing by providing customer proof points that impact success. Work closely with account & lifecycle sales teams to help close/renew/grow business at the account and grow professional services revenue. Manages escalations, when necessary, and ensures customer experience/loyalty recovery and other actions to resolve delivery-related issues.

Maintain/Improve margin by controlling project/program costs during projects and throughout the contract duration and ensure accurate project/program costs to facilitate ongoing/proactive revenue operations management. Manage to established Zone financial and operational targets. Ensure a focus on revenue generation.

You're the right fit if:

You have acquired 3+ years of leadership experience and 7+ years of related experience within the IGT domain or specialty along with demonstrated results in customer management.

You have a Bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree in a position-relevant program (health science, business, or engineering) preferred.

Your skills include proven experience mentoring and developing a remote team on customer relationship management, customer influencing, and problem solving. Clinical leadership experience within radiology, a plus.

You possess a valid driver’s license and are comfortable with up to 75% travel throughout the central USA zone.

Philips Transparency Details ​​The pay range for this position is $102,200 to $175,200, annually.The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. ​​In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
