We are seeking Dispatcher with Administrative Assistant skills in the Trade to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Prefer candidates with are those with a trade background or similar field. Hours:Monday through Friday 7 am to 5 pm. (Saturday's as needed)

Responsibilities:

Run the techs through the day

Plan and schedule appointments and events

Schedule calls in House call Pro to techs

Keep and manage and organize file system in office

Read emails daily all day long and respond to emails as needed

Pull permits

Type complicated reports with minimal errors

Develop and implement organized filing systems

Able to meet tight deadlines to get paper work completed

Perform all other office tasks (Faxing, Scanning, E-mails)

Qualifications:

3 years previous experience in Trade or construction office as a administrative assistant

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail

​Strong organizational skills

Flawless typing and computer skills.

Microsoft office suite use Advance Level

Formal business letter and reports experience a Must Have Skill
