Sr Program Specialist
As a Sr. Program Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for supporting the Program Management Office (PMO) leader and driving the successful execution of programs. You will play a critical role in ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivering on-time and on-budget results. With your expertise in program management, you will contribute to the growth and success of the organization. You will report directly to our PMO leader, and you'll work out of our Atlanta, GA, Pittsburg, PA or Charlotte, NC locations on a hybrid work schedule.In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our program management operations. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating multiple projects, ensuring alignment with program goals and objectives. Your strong organizational and communication skills will be essential in driving collaboration and achieving project milestones.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and execute complex programs and projects
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful program delivery
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
Monitor and track project progress, identifying and mitigating risks
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency
Proposal development and execution
Own and participate in the development and continuous improvement of internal processes and process documentation
Drive accountability culture through critical project tools such as RAILs, project plans, project statuses, and detailed meeting notes
Identify, track, and resolve blockers
Requires travel

High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience in program management or related roles
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for project management and solving complex problems by leading cross-functional teams

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field
PMP certification or equivalent
Experience in managing large-scale programs
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
