As part of our engineering team, you will play a vital role to manage the release processes and ensure the successful delivery of our financial technology products.What you will do:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Development, QA, and Operations, to plan and coordinate release schedules
Manage the end-to-end release process from development, testing, deployment, to post-release monitoring
Automate and streamline release processes to improve efficiency and minimize risks
Develop and maintain release documentation: release notes, deployment guides, and troubleshooting guides
Monitor release metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
Work closely with development teams to understand and resolve any release-related issues or challenges
What you will need to have:
6+ years of experience in release management and delivery software engineering
6+ years of experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
3+ years of experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms
3+ years of experience with the Golang software development lifecycle, including Agile methodologies
3+ years of experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools like Jenkins, and GitLab CI
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience
