Perioperative Services Environmental Services Attendant

Job Summary

Provides various services to the OR, PACU, and SPU that ensure a clean, safe environment. Transports patients, supplies, and equipment throughout Perioperative Services. Conducts between case cleaning of OR's and equipment as well as office, lounge, restroom, and call room cleaning. Assists in providing direct patient care as assigned to patients undergoing surgical procedures.

Requirements:

Education High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)

Experience:

3 years experience in a recent housekeeping or environmental services role (Required), preferably in the Perioperative Services Department.

1 Year experience in floor maintenance utilizing commercial equipment (Preferred)

1 Year experience working in a health care environment (Preferred)

This is a long-term temporary position.

Two different shifts available 2:45pm-11:15pm and 6:45am-3:15pm

Must be able to pass all background ,drug and occupational health tests (TB ,MMR ,Physical etc)
