Where We Need You We are looking for a S enior Sourcer to join our Talent Generation team in any of our US Protiviti offices . Protiviti works in a hybrid environment and this role requires that you work in-person in our office several times per week. What You Can Expect Talent Generation supports the broader Talent Acquisition team by proactively identifying and nurturing a long-term network of connections and warm prospects whose skills align to the growth areas of our firm. As a Talent Generation S enior Sourcer , you ’ll deepen your skills-based expertise and market knowledge as you identify , engage, and introduce experienced professionals to Protiviti through various sourcing techniques . You’ll leverage and grow your network, and nurture and foster relationships as you represent and promote Protiviti’s brand. You’ll es tablish avenues to grow our Talent Community via LinkedIn groups, online forums, and more. By c ollaborating across the Talent Acquisition team to increase our current and future talent pipelines, you will play a key role in the growth of our firm . What You Will Be Doing
You will c reat e and successfully implemen t a variety of sourcing strategies that focus on a diverse pipeline of candidates within the technology landscape.
You will u s e a variety of sourcing tools and techniques, including but not limited to LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searching, X-ray searching, aggregators, automation tools, and AI.
You will c reat e effective and engaging messages to capture the interest of candidates in a competitive landscape.
You will c onduct initial recruiting assessments to qualify and determine a potential match for a position . You will m ake an informed recommendation based on the candidates’ skillsets and capabilities.
You will d eliver an exceptional candidate experience with frequent and timely communication.
You will i dentify opportunities to network with skills-focused candidates and integrate into our talent community via LinkedIn groups, online forums, and to-be discovered platforms.
You will e stablish trust and creditability with the Experienced Hire recruiting team through sharing knowledge and insights on the candidate market .
You will collaborate on various initiatives across the Recruiting Center of Excellence, with the mutual focus of increasing our current and future pipeline.

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline ( e.g. Human Resources or business-related f ield .)
5 + years working in recruiting and sourcing for technology positions .
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications .
Proficiency utilizing an ATS or CRM; knowledge of Workday and/ or Phenom a plus .
Our Hybrid Workplace
Protiviti operates in a hybrid work environment, meaning all employees are expected to achieve a blend of in-person and remote work. The expected ratio of remote to in-person work will vary by team and other business factors. Local and/or out-of-state travel is required based on our project and internal client commitments.

Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job. $80,000.00 - $120,000.00Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job. 8%The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job. $86,400.00 - $129,600.00Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. Protiviti also recognizes up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year.
