Apex has an opportunity for a Data Engineer for a Large Health Insurance Client in Basking Ridge, NJ (but this is a 100% Fully Remote Position). Current team size is five with both database and report developers. Day-to-day responsibilities: 1. Extract data from various internal claims systems for Behavioral Health Medicaid claims, transform to meet the EDI requirements and load to SQL Server environment. 2. Work with team to ensure data quality 3. Load Responses from state into SQL Server environment for reporting 4. Identify and help report data that needs additional research to be valid for EDI submission 5. Identify rejected responses and report to Encounter research team What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities? MS SSIS MS SSRS SQL Server Complex SQL querying ETS (any type is fine)What skills/attributes are a must have?
