Description The Sr. Application Analyst is responsible for implementing and maintaining the HRIS for the organization along with serving as a technical point of contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The Sr. Application Analyst will also support upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned. This position will ensure the system is optimal for everyday use and any expansions. Organization, discretion, project management, and time management skills are absolute essentials of the position.An individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibilities satisfactorily to perform this job successfully. Requirements 1.Manage and maintain all modules, add-ins, business flows, etc. of the system to ensure optimal use 2.Manage implementation of new modules3.Ensure access levels are accurate and compliant4.Assist in maintenance, troubleshooting and design of HRIS and other human resources computer applications and systems 5.Advise, implement and train on new releases 6.Create and maintain the system for accounting purposes (i.e., reconciliations, taxes)7.Create and maintain reports, new codes, etc. 8.Create, maintain, and provide general system training to include new hire training (i.e., manuals or documents, CBTs) 9.Collaborate with the IT department or other vendors to implement any necessary feeds and understand intersects between systems 10.Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovation solutions, policy changes, etc. 11.Support HRIS employee tickets and requests 12.Perform periodic quality checks13.Maintain awareness of common trends with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, etc. 14.Support any RFP (request for proposal), integration, etc. needs 15.Host quarterly lunch and learns (e.g., review system, train, Q&A, etc.) 16.Assume other duties as assignedAt least 5 years of HRIS (in UltiPro) and project management or related experience and general knowledge of systems implementation experience. A general understand of HR and Accounting practices are necessary to ensure compliance and accurate updates.
