7MAINTENANCE TECH

The Plantation at Lafayette and The Grove at Plantation has an immediate need for a Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

Responds to resident service requests and concerns in a timely manner

Ensure apartment units are move-in ready

Assists in upkeep of common areas, pools, etc.

Reports any maintenance concerns for repairs on vacants, models, clubhouse, and/or common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor

Requirements:

Must be able to perform on-call duties

HVAC certification

Prior industry/relevant experience is needed
