Position Overview
We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth across our service territory. This role combines remote work with field sales, requiring someone who excels at both relationship building and technical understanding of commercial construction.
Compensation
Base salary plus commission structure
Total compensation range: $70,000 - $150,000+ based on sales performance

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with property managers, building owners, and facility maintenance directors
Generate new business opportunities within the Mid-Atlantic region
Create detailed proposals and estimates for both specialized cladding projects and general maintenance work
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate scoping of complex exterior cladding projects
Manage the full sales cycle from prospect identification through contract closure
Represent KBI's professional image and "White Glove" service standard in all client interactions
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and project specifications in our CRM system
Required Qualifications
5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in construction, facilities maintenance, or related fields
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of commercial construction and building systems
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Professional demeanor and outstanding communication abilities
Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the Mid-Atlantic region
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with exterior cladding systems, particularly ACM panels
Knowledge of architectural drawings and construction documentation
Existing relationships with facility managers and property management companies
Background in commercial construction or facilities maintenance
Experience in high-end service delivery
