Located in Kansas City, Missouri, the Help Desk Analyst opportunity is a full-time role.What you get to do every single day- Troubleshoot recurring technical issues and suggest solutions to address the root of the problems- Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues - Provide IT assistance for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other software applications used internally- Manage correspondences on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups Requirements - Less than one year of experience ok- Microsoft Office 365 experience required- Microsoft Windows experience- Good understanding of IT support ticketing systems- Basic networking concepts- Experience in user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment- Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement- Background in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications Robert Half Technology matches IT professionals with some of the best companies on a temporary, project or full-time basis.
