Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with their orders, providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Cashier Duties: Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, process payments, and manage the cash register.

Shave Ice Preparation: Prepare shave ice and create custom orders with various flavors and toppings. Ensure high-quality presentation and taste.

Counter Help: Maintain a clean and organized counter area, restock supplies, and assist with inventory management.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required.

A passion for delicious treats and a positive attitude!

Must be able to work independently in the mornings.
