Bilingual Pre-litigation Case Manger
Solo practitioner seeking an experienced and Spanish speaking pre-litigation case manager who can jump in and start handling cases from intake through disbursement, with little supervision. You'll be the main point of contact for our clients, so providing excellent customer service is paramount. Your job duties will include but are not be limited to:
Opening claims with all insurance companies, sending letters of representation, setting up subrogation claims and assisting the clients with medical treatment.
You’ll be required to call each client no less than every two weeks to ensure that they’re compliant with treatment and following up on referrals.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing an assistant who will assist you with gathering bills and records and handling subrogation claims. You must also have experience putting together demands.You must be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and Kofax PDF.
This is a very fast paced position. The attorney requires 25-35 tasks to be completed each day. If you're trustworthy, reliable and not afraid of working hard, we want to hear from you. You must have at least one year of case management experience working for a Nevada personal injury firm. This is NOT an entry level position. You must have more than a basic level of how personal injury claims work and be able to pay attention to detail. Strong organizational skills are required to be successful.
This is a 100% remote position. Hours are 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. You must be able to work uninterrupted and free of distractions during normal business hours. We offer vacation and paid federal holidays. If you're seeking part-time work as well, you're encouraged to reply.
