- IT industry experience, extensive architecture experience in digital transformation and legacy modernization initiatives
- Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, UML modeling including data modeling and business process modeling, knowledge of software development method
- Experience in application architecture, infrastructure architecture, database architecture, network architecture, and DevOps
- Experience using industry standard methodologies like System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum processes, and Systems Engineering Method
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Expertise in modern application design and development using .Net or Java or other
- Experience in developing and implementing web services (SOAP or RESTful) and web technologies like MVC, Bootstrap, Angular and related UI technology
- Experience and knowledge of EAI/SOA best practices, development methodologies & standards
- Experience with migration and upgrade of application software and servers (Windows, Linux/UNIX)
- Experience in data analytics, summarization, visualization, and BI products
- Experience in TDD, Unit Testing, Integration and Test Automation using TFS, Selenium, SOAPUI etc.
- Experience working IBM Datacap platform
- Experience working with Docker & Kubernetes
