Seeking Versatile & Resourceful Office Staff Members (Operations)
Established in 1984, we are a Construction / Maintenance / Facility Repair Company providing services to restaurants in the Greater Texas area. We are seeking to add a smart, resourceful and versatile member to our friendly Houston office team. We need someone who is punctual, neatly organized and can catch on quickly. You will need to be able to multitask and tackle problems & issues as they arise.
Customer Service - Following up to completed services with phone calls
Data Entry - Inputting information collected from completed service visits into a database (MS Excel )
Dispatching & Scheduling - Establishing clear communication between our customers and our field service technicians, scheduling new services as requested by our customers, ensuring our field service technicians have everything they need to gain access to the service location.
Researching & Support - Assisting our field service technicians in ordering special parts & materials, obtaining permits, special requirements and coordinating with our field service technicians, etc.

Punctuality & Availability - Someone will always be depending on you. We understand that personal emergencies arise from time to time but we really need someone who is available and limits absences.
